// the outcome

  • Customers gained one clear place to manage their account and view rewards.
  • Transactions and reward calculations flowed automatically between connected services.
  • The client gained a scalable customer platform and practical administration tools.
  • The service created a stronger foundation for customer engagement and future growth.

The challenge

The client already had the core loyalty capability, but needed a customer-facing experience that could bring several moving parts together. Customers needed to register securely, connect payment cards, view rewards and move between services without a fragmented experience.

Behind the scenes, transaction data, customer accounts and the existing loyalty platform all needed to work together reliably. The finished service also needed to support growth in users and transaction volumes.

What we did

DevStack built the customer platform and connected it to the client’s existing loyalty services. The work covered secure registration, account management, single sign-on, card linking, transaction processing, rewards tracking and administration tools.

We also created a repeatable delivery and monitoring process so that changes could be released safely and the service could remain dependable as demand increased.

// in the client's words

“It’s been great working with the DevStack team, high quality output and efficient communication. Recommended.”
