Giving a digital team more control over content.
The client needed a content platform that would support different digital experiences without restricting how its internal team worked. DevStack created a flexible foundation that separated content management from presentation.
// the outcome
- Content could be reused across multiple digital experiences.
- The internal team gained greater freedom over presentation and future changes.
- Editorial control and technical flexibility no longer had to compete.
- The platform provided a stronger base for future channels and services.
The challenge
The client’s internal team needed to use the same content across different interfaces and channels. A traditional website content-management approach would have tied that content too closely to a single design and limited how the team could use it.
They needed editorial control without sacrificing the freedom to create new customer experiences or change the presentation layer over time.
What we did
DevStack created a bespoke headless content platform. Editors could continue to manage structured content through a familiar interface, while the internal digital team could retrieve and present that content wherever it was needed.
We worked alongside the client’s team with a clear division of responsibility. DevStack focused on the content-management foundation while the client retained control of the customer-facing experience. Both workstreams could progress in parallel without creating unnecessary dependencies.
